Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how APEX Tech 4 Tax Pros LLC (“AT4TP”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit our websites and landing pages, buy our products, or contact us.
Information we collect
- Contact information: you give us: name, firm name, email address, phone number and mailing address.
- Order information: products purchased, price and transaction records. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Questionnaire answers: you provide to build your Written Information Security Plan (WISP), such as software, devices, staff count, vendors and security practices. We treat these answers as confidential.
- Communications: you send us by email, phone, text or chat.
- Device and usage data: collected automatically through cookies, pixels and similar tools, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring site.
How we use information
- To process orders and deliver your WISP and other products
- To provide customer support and send order, account and service messages
- To send marketing emails and text messages when you have agreed to receive them
- To operate, secure and improve our websites, products and advertising
- To prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations
Text messages (SMS) & Email
If you opt in, we may send text messages about your order and compliance services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Mobile opt-in data will not be shared with third parties for marketing. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link.
How we share & protect information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers (payment processing, hosting, CRM, email), affiliated APEX companies as needed, or when required by law. We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards including access controls, MFA and encryption.
Your rights & choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information. Email info@at4tp.com, attention Esteban Baza, with the subject “Privacy Request”. We will verify your identity and respond within the required timeframe.
Terms of Service
These Terms are an agreement between you and APEX Tech 4 Tax Pros LLC (“AT4TP”) and govern your use of AT4TP websites and your purchase of AT4TP products, including the Custom WISP. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and purchasing for business or professional use. If you buy on behalf of a firm, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for that firm.
2. What you are buying
The Custom WISP is a digital document-preparation product. It generates a Written Information Security Plan from the answers you provide, based on publicly available guidance including IRS Publications 4557 and 5708 and the FTC Safeguards Rule (16 CFR Part 314). It is delivered electronically.
3. Not legal advice; no affiliation with government
AT4TP is a private company. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the IRS, the FTC or any government agency. Our products are not legal, tax or professional advice and do not create an attorney-client or other professional relationship. Free guidance is available at irs.gov and ftc.gov.
4. Your responsibilities
• Give accurate and complete answers. Your WISP is only as accurate as the information you provide. • Review your WISP before relying on it, carry out the safeguards it describes, train your staff on it, and review and update it at least annually and whenever your practice changes. • Do not enter client taxpayer data or other sensitive personal information about your clients into our questionnaire. • You remain solely responsible for your firm’s compliance with all laws, regulations and IRS requirements that apply to you.
5. License
When you pay in full, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, copy and modify your WISP for the internal business use of the firm named in your order. You may not resell, sublicense, publish or distribute our products, questionnaire or templates, or use them to provide services to others.
6. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars at checkout and may change at any time before purchase. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the total shown, plus any applicable taxes.
7. All sales are final
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final upon purchase. See the Refund Policy below.
8. Intellectual property
Our websites, questionnaire, templates, text, graphics and software are owned by AT4TP or its licensors and are protected by law. Except for the license in Section 5, no rights are granted to you.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our products and websites are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that your WISP will satisfy any regulator, auditor, insurer or reviewer, or that it will prevent any security incident.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AT4TP and its owners, employees and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, penalties or fines, arising from your use of our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify AT4TP against claims arising from your inaccurate information, your misuse of our products, or your violation of these Terms or the law.
12. Communications
You agree that we may contact you electronically about your order. Marketing emails and texts are sent only as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
Refund Policy
We will still make it right if something goes wrong
- You did not receive your product. If you were charged but could not access or download your WISP because of a technical problem on our side, contact us and we will deliver it.
- Duplicate or mistaken charges. If you were charged more than once or charged in error, contact us and we will correct the charge.
- Questions about your document. If you have concerns about your WISP, contact us and our team will help.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be waived.
